prepared the car for registration, if a car was unregistred for some years it must, prior to registration, be controlled by the transportation bureau.
Major problem was a leaking clutch cylinder which was said to come from Italy, but week after week passed and no cylinder came...
Next problem was the emission test, since the air pump was blocked, the carbs had to be adjusted very properly to produce a minimum possible. In this configuration the engine pops, since it's running very, very lean at idle.
Well we passed the test and the car was ready for registration and the carbs adjusted for good drivability...
On 11th August I was finally able to drive my Toy home.
